School Tour 2026!
Well done to the Senior Room children who put together this lovely collage of our School Tour for display in the entrance hallway.
Please find below a report of our trip from 6th class pupil Méabh;
On the l0th of June st bridgids school kells went to just4fun school tours in carlow! There were lots of fun activities for the children to participate in. Here are some of them.
First there was an obstacle course where two children at a time race to see who can get down the slide first. When you look at it you see two holes. First you go through them to meet your first obstacle. It is a big yellow cylinder you have to jump over, then there are cylinders hanging above you that you have to push out of the way. Then there are two big X shaped shapes you push through then you climb up to the top of the slide then slide down.
Then, after lunch we played a game where you hit the wrecking ball at your opponents to make them fall off. We also climbed the unclimbable ladder and that was where you try to climb the ladder without twisting off.
The senior class also played beat savour on V.R whilst the junior room played tug of war and dodge ball.
Overall the children had a great time!
